AI Literacy (Art. 4): Definition & EU AI Act Application (Art. 4) | governances.app
Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff and other persons dealing with AI systems on their behalf. AI literacy encompasses understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, impacts, and applicable obligations — proportionate to the context, risk, and role of the individual.
