CE Marking (AI Systems): Definition & EU AI Act Application (Art. 48) | governances.app
The conformity marking required on high-risk AI systems placed on the EU market, signifying compliance with all applicable EU AI Act requirements. Providers must affix CE marking before deployment. Deployers must verify CE marking before use (Art. 26).
