Under Article 13, providers of high-risk AI systems must ensure systems are designed to allow deployers to interpret outputs and exercise meaningful human oversight. Deployers must also inform individuals when they interact with AI systems. Additionally, all AI-generated content must be labeled as such, and chatbot users must be notified they are interacting with an AI.
